Let's start off this post with a little recap since my last monthly favourites were back at the end of January, and because it's been a pretty busy blogging few months. First off, I have worked with two amazing brands, one was for The Whimsical Fashion Colouring Book* (which also gave me the opportunity to run my first giveaway), and my second is a review of two Umberto Giannini hair care products, which is coming later this week. I have come to the stage where I feel I am ready to really push it to work with more amazing brands. Exciting stuff!! Another point I am really proud of is my numbers. I know you shouldn't put all your time and effort into numbers, but seeing a huge increase makes me really proud, and my hard work is being reflected in those as more people are wanting to read my posts. I've reached the highest monthly view ever, the highest engagement through all social platforms and post comments (you all say the nicest and sweetest things I could ever imagine), and some of my most popular posts were posted during February and March. I can't wait to see what the next few months have to offer. Now to all the things I've been loving this month.

BEAUTY

I'm so lazy when it comes to moisturising my body, especially in winter. I want to get out of the shower and into clothes the quickest way possible without anything extra getting in the way. The only way I can be persuaded to take care of my skin is with something that smells and feels beautiful like Karma Kream from Lush. It's one of my favourites scents from Lush that is part of their permanent collections (otherwise it with be Snow Fairy and Prince Charming). The 'karma' scent is used throughout a lot of the Lush ranges, but my favourite is the hand and body lotion. I sometimes feel like it is slightly overlooked as a scent, but it's so fruity, not too sweet fruity though, as it's combined with floral scents such as patchouli and pine, as well as the main ingredient, oranges. It's so soft on the skin and doesn't leave you feeling sticky or oily, even though you're completely soft, plus the scent lasts for ages.

I'm not going to talk about the Umberto Giannini Glam Shampoo and Conditioner* too much as I have a review coming up at the end of the week, but if you're looking for a shampoo and conditioner duo that helps volumise your hair, and leaves it feeling so moisturised and full of life, then you need to wait for this review. I have been using it for the last 3 weeks and even from the very first wash I have noticed the biggest changes... I have already said too much, so you've really got to wait to find out more.

FASHION

I like to treat myself every now and again with a Skinny Dip product. Recently, I have fallen in love with almost every single product, especially their embroidery and fluff collections. I had to narrow it down (it was a very difficult decision, trust me), and chose the Wasted Cross Body Bag. It's a very 90's style bag with beautiful floral and nature inspired embroidery. I love how it opens all the way around instead of just across the top, and can be worn with a strap or held from the top. As the bag is small, I prefer to hold it by the handle, which makes it that much cuter. I can't wait to style it with every single smock dress I own this summer.

The open-toe fringed shoes from Topshop are now renamed my 'Pocahontas shoes' as I was wearing them in The Disney Store and got told they look exactly like that. It's definitely something I can roll with. I'm a huge fan of anything with fringe; it's got a real 70's boho vibe to it. I love the open back style with the ankle fastening, and with a little block heel, they're so comfortable to wear. I obviously love styling these with socks and again, will be styled with a lot of my smock dresses this summer.

SCENT

The 'Summer Scoop' candle by Yankee Candle isn't actually mine, it is a present I got for my sister's birthday, but seeing as we live in the same house, the candles that burn in her room is a scent I'm going to have to smell too, so it has to be something I like... it's a bit cheeky, but it's a scent she loves as well. The scent reminds me of freshly made strawberry milkshake, and of course, ice-cream. As the weather is getting warmer, the sun is shining, and my freezer is soon to be filled with ice-cream, and I like my candles to reflect my mood and surroundings. Yankee Candles are a great choice when it comes to candles, as the smell lasts for ages as well as the candle itself.

POP CULTURE

During a few month of the ,year my favourite band comes to the UK and I loose all inhibitions, sense of my life, my money and myself. You obviously know I'm talking about All Time Low, well I hope you do. They have to be my favourite band to see live, and if you have seen them live you'll understand why. I have already seen them on two of their tour dates this year, and clearly that isn't enough so I'm going again at the end of the week. I'm not even going to try and justify it, as if I had the time and money, I'd probably go to every single date. As well as their tour, they've announced a brand new album, and released two new songs from it, both of which I love, and can't wait to hear the rest.

I have finally gotten round to reading 'Holding Up The Universe' by Jennifer Niven and I was not disappointed. Again, I'm not going to talk about it too much as it's definitely worth a full review, but to summarise, the story is based around two characters Libby and Jack. Libby was bullied for many years because of her weight, and after 5 years, she returns back to school with a new sense of confidence. Jack suffers from prosopagnosia, also known as face blindness, and he can't recognise the faces of his friends, family, or even his own. The two meet after a prank that goes terribly wrong, and a very unexpected friendship begins. It's such an uplifting book and will put a smile on your face.

HOBBIES

After being sent The Whimsical Fashion Colouring Book* by Natasha Itzcovitz, I've had no other choice but to spend my time colouring. I've got so many colouring books waiting to be transformed into beautiful pages, but I've always been a bit reluctant as I don't want to ruin them. I know it's only a colouring book, but that's just me. With The Whimsical Fashion colouring book, I feel a little more confident as I know fashion. Again, I have taken it a little more seriously then most by creating colour stories and patterns I'd like to wear, but I have enjoyed it so much. If you want to know more about the book, you can read the review here.

FOOD

You might be thinking "oh there's no food on those pictures", and yes, you're right, and that is because they were so good they all got eaten before I had a chance to include them in my photos. For my sister's birthday, I made her a range of tasty treats including chocolate covered bananas, strawberry cheesecake Oreo popcorn, and my favourite, chewy cereal squares. As a vegetarian you tend to miss out on most things that are chewy, but as I used all vegetarian (and even vegan) friendly ingredients, I could eat them all... which I almost did. They are really easy to make; melt together butter and marshmallows and mix them with cereal puffs and rainbow sprinkles and leave to set. It was so good and chewy and amazing! If you want a recipe, I don't mind sharing, plus it will be an excuse for me to make more!

Let me know in the comments below what you have been loving this March, and also your proudest blogging moment this month. I can't wait to hear what you've all be doing.
