christmas high street decor wishlist
Glass Droplet Baubles // Linen Cushion Cover // Ceramic House Tealight Holder // Fur Owl Doorstop // Bambi Plush Decoration // Ceramic Plate // Wreath Deer Half Pint Mug // Cutlery Stocking // Reindeer Jam Jar Snowglobe // Rustic Light Up Tree // Gingerbread Man Santa Sack // Top Hats

Two wishlists in one month, aren't you lucky, but as you may have noticed this isn't the usual type of wishlist. After posting my decor pinspiration post a few days ago, it inspired me to start looking at possible ideas for my own home. Why assume baubles are just for the Christmas tree. The glass droplet baubles from Next are the perfect decoration to group together and hang at different levels from a ceiling light to create a beautiful visual display. I love to have quotes and words around the house, and the linen cushion cover with "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" from H&M is a great piece to add to the festivity in a less obvious way. If you don't want to spend too much money on items which you can't use after Christmas, the fur owl doorstop from Homebase is exactly what you need. It's an adorable plumped owl with big button eyes and you'll be wanting to keep him there all year round.

My favourite festive animal has to be the deer, and thankfully, it's everywhere. The Bambi plush decoration by Gisela Graham from Selfridges is the perfect decoration to create your own winter wonderland at home. The wreath deer half pint mug by Emma Bridgewater at Liberty is what everybody needs to enjoy their hot chocolate in this season. I love the illustrations, it's very old-school and reminds me of the children's books I used to read when I was younger. The gingerbread man sack, again by Gisela Graham from Selfridges is a fun little extra, and I think it will look so charming sat next to your presents under the tree, plus it will stop anyone trying to work out what their gifts are! If you have quite a small room, instead of displaying a life-size tree, how about the rustic light up tree from Marks and Spencer; it's a real twist to the modern tree.

Let me know in the comments how what you've been decorating your home this Christmas, and anything from the wishlist you'd love to add.
